"I strive to inspire, motivate, and empower others in the fields of pharmacy and medicine. I am driven in my practice as an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist to optimize patient outcomes, support and provide leadership in a high-functioning interdisciplinary team, and promote the judicious use of antimicrobials. As an educator, I prioritize creating equitable learning environments to support diverse learners, utilize creativity and passion to innovate upon my pedagogical approaches, and seek to instill a growth mindset in those that I teach."
